Introduction When we think of multiple sclerosis (MS), usually talk about the sensory and motor symptoms disease their impact on functioning individual affected. However, this disability can lead to a wide range symptoms, including psychological cognitive manifestations that also have significant quality life patients Objectives To estimate incidence psychiatric disorders in with MS. Methods A cross-sectional descriptive study interested MS referred occupational pathology consultation Charles Nicolle Hospital, during period from July 1, 2020, September 30, 2022. The data collected concerned characteristics disease. detection was studied through validated self-questionnaire GHQ-12 (General Health Questionnaire). Results population consisted 26 cases. average age 38 ± 9 years. predominance females noted 77% Eight (31%) were smokers. Nine cases (47%) had relapsing-remitting form six (32%) primary progressive form. All disease-modifying therapy. duration 6 3 work illness 4 years [one year-12 years]. stoppage last 12 months activity 63 days [2-240 days], which 54% long-term sick leave. mean score 4.38 [0-10].
